Housing Reservations/Information
TASA or TASA authorized agents will never reach out to offer discounted hotel rooms or assist with your reservations. Hotel reservations are made through the link on our TASA Midwinter Conference housing webpage. (The deadline to secure group-rate housing is December 20. After that date, you must book directly with a hotel. You will find a list of hotels close to the Austin Convention Center on the housing webpage.)
TASA Midwinter Conference Booth Details
Booth Equipment: Each 10′ x 10′ booth will be set with 8′ high blue and gray back drape, 3′ high gray side drape, one 6’L x 30″H gray draped table, two Limerick® chairs by Herman Miller, and one wastebasket. Booths 300 sq. ft. or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sq. ft. may receive an identification sign upon request.
Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit area is not carpeted. Flooring is not required.
Discount Price Deadline: To take advantage of advance order discount rates, place orders on FreemanOnline by December 30, 2024.
Exhibitor Move-in:
Saturday, January 25, 2025: 3-8 p.m. (TASA Corporate Partners only)
Sunday, January 26, 2025: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Regular move-in hours)
Exhibit Hall Hours:
Monday, January 27, 2025: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Tuesday, January 28, 2025: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Exhibitor Move-out:
Tuesday, January 28, 2025: 2-6 p.m.
Freeman will begin returning empty containers as soon as the show closes.
