Thought Leader Sessions

The Midwinter Conference features a series of thought leader sessions that bring together experienced educators, administrators, and experts to share insights, strategies, and innovative ideas on key topics affecting K–12 leadership and school success. These sessions highlight real-world challenges and solutions to help conference attendees learn from respected voices in the field.

The 2026 conference featured a thought leader session presented by a panel of educators who were instrumental in the refresh of the TASA Visioning Document that has yielded “The Texas Promise: A Vision for Public Education.” Learn more about it.
