Inside the Exhibit Hall
2025 Exhibit Hall Photo Gallery
While at the 2026 TASA Midwinter Conference, plan to spend some time in the Exhibit Hall to see 400+ exhibits and meet with the vendors, who come from across the country to share their products and services with Texas school leaders.
Be sure to stop by the booths of TASA’s Corporate Partners, who are major supporters of TASA programs and professional development opportunities, including the Midwinter Conference. The conference mobile app, available for download in January, will provide a list of exhibitors that is searchable by category.

Exhibit of School Architecture
The TASA/TASB Exhibit of School Architecture (EoSA) showcases new and renovated Texas schools and celebrates excellence in planning and design of the learning environment. This year, 43 projects were nominated for the exhibit and displayed at txEDCON 2025, the TASA|TASB Convention. These projects will be on display at the 2026 Midwinter Conference, and those that received at least four stars of distinction are up for the Caudill award, with the winners being recognized during the First General Session of the Midwinter Conference. Visit the exhibit to gain new vision and expanded design ideas for your own district, and learn more about the Exhibit of School Architecture.
TASA Member Engagement Center in the Exhibit Hall
At our “newly redesigned for San Antonio” TASA Member Engagement Center inside the exhibit hall, you can visit with one of TASA’s Executive Superintendents — highly regarded former superintendents who are experts on public school leadership. They serve as an extension of the TASA staff and are available to support TASA members in a variety of ways, with an emphasis on helping new superintendents navigate the role.
At any time, TASA members may call on our team of Executive Superintendents for support on matters related to public school leadership, career pathways, and the transformation of Texas public education. As seasoned administrators, these superintendents are able to listen and provide support based on their own experiences.
Thank you to our member engagement center sponsors!
