TASA Centennial Anniversary Gala (Ticketed Event)

TASA is turning 100 in 2025, and we’re kicking off a yearlong celebration at the 2025 TASA Midwinter Conference! Join past and present TASA leaders and staff, as well as other VIPs and friends of the association, for a fun-filled evening celebrating TASA “Continuing a Legacy of Leadership.” Don’t miss this extra special, once-in-a-century event!

Cocktail Attire

6-7 p.m. — Welcome Reception
Enjoy tasty cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as you stroll through the “Tour of TASA History” display. Mix and mingle with colleagues and friends to classic tunes from across the eras spun by TASA Past President (and DJ) Alton Frailey.

7 p.m. — Dinner & Programming
After a welcome from current TASA President Martha Salazar-Zamora, we’ll recognize TASA’s past presidents and other VIPs and debut a short film on the important milestones and accomplishments of TASA’s first 100 years. (You’ll be among the first to view it!) Next will be a delicious dinner befitting a 100-year celebration, followed by more recognitions, reflections on TASA’s first century and a look ahead at the association’s next 100 years. This portion of the evening will be topped off with a celebratory toast to a century of leadership.

9 p.m. — Dancing & Mingling
Bring your dancing shoes so you and your friends can boogie the rest of the night away to R&B, classic rock, Motown, disco, and other musical favorites by Password. Reminisce with old friends and make new connections as you enjoy late-night drinks (cash bar) and light snacks to fuel your dancing feet.
