Spring ISD shares how they implemented Campus Support Teams and a micro-credentialing system that encouraged educator growth recognized through the demonstration of evidence and attainment of badges. Teachers embraced the coaching process in hopes of reaching their goals and earning leveled badges as recognition for their hard work. The use of this recognition system created a culture of coaching and growth for all.
