The deadline to book housing in the room blocks for the 2025 TASA Midwinter Conference/TCWSE Annual Conference has passed. You may be able to book lodging at one of the following hotels near the Austin Convention Center. Please contact the hotels directly to make reservations.

Please note: TASA has been informed of emails from ontrackgrp.com and others offering housing at several Austin hotels for Midwinter Conference. These emails are NOT coming from TASA. We have no partnership with the groups sending these emails, nor are we offering a promotion code for Midwinter housing. Room poaching is a practice carried out by third-party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies to solicit registrants for room reservations. They often represent themselves as being affiliated with TASA or the conference by illegally using our logo. Sometimes they distribute forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by TASA. They often don’t deliver on promises. When registrants arrive, reservations are non-existent or the hotels are not conveniently located. Sometimes the rooms have been canceled and hefty cancellation fees have been placed on the customer’s credit card. Now that the official room blocks are full, please contact the hotels directly to make reservations.

Modifications/Cancellations to Group-Rate Housing Booked Before December 20 Deadline

Modifications and cancellations to reservations in a Midwinter/TCWSE Conference room block prior to the December 20 deadline can be made through this link using the acknowledgment number and the email address provided at the time of booking. The last day to make changes through the link is Friday, January 17. After that date, Convention Housing Management (CHM) will no longer have access to any reservations, so you will need to contact your confirmed hotel directly for any changes.

Friday, December 6, was the final day to cancel without a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after this date will incur a $50 fee, which will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Additionally, as per hotel policy, cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge of one night’s rate plus tax, charged by the hotel, in addition to the $50 processing fee.
