Exhibit Space Payment Due in Full

After this date, exhibit space prices increase and no refunds are given for cancellations.

Organizations that opt to pay a 50 percent deposit upon requesting a booth will be sent an invoice immediately after the deposit payment is received. All booth fees must be paid on or before October 31 to get the lowest booth price.

If you request a booth prior to October 31 but full payment is not received by that date, you must pay the higher price for your booth and you risk losing your booth assignment.
