CONFERENCE

The TASA Midwinter Conference, hosted by the Texas Association of School Administrators since 2004, has become the most popular conference of the year for Texas school administrators.

It provides such a valuable opportunity for school leaders to come together to discuss and share innovative practices, network with peers, address the issues administrators face every day, and gain fresh insights.

ATTENDEES

The TASA Midwinter Conference traditionally welcomes more than 5,000 attendees, including school leaders from 900-plus Texas school districts.

They include superintendents and/or other district and campus leaders — including deputy and associate superintendents, business managers, curriculum specialists, personnel administrators, technology directors, and principals.

Booth Eligibility

Only companies and organizations with at least one representative who is an Associate Member of the Texas Association of School Administrators may purchase booths in the 2021 TASA Midwinter Conference Virtual Expo. Don’t have an Associate Membership? Learn more.

Exhibitor List

Before the event, an exhibitor list for the 2021 Midwinter Conference will be posted on this website and in the conference program PDF, offering an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to establish visibility among TASA members.

Attendee List

A preliminary list of preregistered attendees will be provided to exhibitors in mid-January. A complete list of all registrants will be available to exhibitors in February.

RESERVE YOUR VIRTUAL EXPO SPACE

When expo sales open at 10 a.m. December 7, you may log in to the TASA Member Services Center to access the online application for a virtual expo booth at the 2021 TASA Midwinter Conference.

Space Assignments

Exhibit space will be awarded in the following order:

  1. TASA Corporate Partners (contact Jennifer Garrido for more information)
  2. Companies/organizations with at least one TASA Associate Member (Contact Debbie O’Donnell with questions about membership status.)
