Those who submitted concurrent session proposals will be notified in by December 18 if their Midwinter Conference session proposal was accepted. This includes proposals submitted in spring 2020 and those submitted in the November call.
TASA will open a second call for 2021 Midwinter Conference session proposals for an additional 15 days: November 5-20. Two primary issues factored into the decision to open a second call:
- The climate and content have changed significantly since TASA opened the call for proposals in March, and this second call for proposals provides an opportunity to submit new presentation proposals relating to those changes.
- The 2021 TASA Midwinter Conference will be a virtual event, so there may be new or additional topics that members would like to include or want to share given this new environment.
Please DO NOT RESUBMIT session proposals submitted during the first call conducted this spring. Those will be considered alongside the new submissions during session selection in early December. Access the session proposal submission form.
From July 1-15, 2020, attendees will review the concurrent session proposals and vote on the sessions they want to attend at the 2021 TASA Midwinter Conference.
